The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enabling company growth ambitions. This will include financial modeling associated with organizational development, pricing and discounting strategies, and the impact of pulling key operational levers. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for ongoing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have an inherent drive to be great, be detail-oriented and agile, and have a team player mentality.
Responsibilities: Complete financial analyses and modeling supporting key strategic and financial decisions Play a critical role in preparing the company’s annual budget and monthly forecasts Make recommendations to internal stakeholders informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, C-Suite, etc.) Collaborate closely with broader finance/accounting teams Qualifications: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus Detail-oriented with inherent sense of pride in work product Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; well-versed in P&L Excellent team player and collaborator Solution-oriented mindset and work approach; glass half full mentality Advanced Excel skills; strong in PowerPoint Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines Posted:
