Overview Our client is a highly acquisitive organization seeking finance expertise to help drive continued growth and play a key role in achieving operational goals. This role will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with cross-functional business partners, gaining high visibility to key stakeholders such as board members and C-suite through the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and an agile team player with strengths in financial analysis, modeling, and planning to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: Complete financial analyses and modeling supporting key strategic and financial decisions. Play a critical role in preparing annual budget and monthly forecasts. Make recommendations to internal stakeholders informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with broader finance/accounting teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus. Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; well-versed in P&L. Solution-oriented mindset and work approach; glass half full mentality. Advanced Excel skills; strong in PowerPoint.
