The Role
The Software Engineer will be responsible for working within the engineering lead to deliver polished front end designs for use by both internal and external consumers, creating trustworthy user experiences, and turning the company vision into an executable roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
Day To Day
Quickly and efficiently iterate on designs to drive company successEngineer reusable components and libraries for regular useTranslate designs and wireframes into fully realized, high quality codeTroubleshoot user experience issues and designsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on core company tools and designsDocument and manage changes as well as roadmap future changesParticipate fully in weekly sprints with knowledge and positivitySet direction for software design internally and externallyTake ownership of the user experience and continuously improve user’s experiences

Grounding in CS fundamentals - you have a broad based knowledge of all things front end3+ years React experience2+ years Typescript experiencePython experience preferredPostgreSQL experience preferredStrong communication skills conversationally and via SlackExperience in a startup environment a plus
