POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:•Ability to perform all duties of Assistant Scheduler•Use Company-approved computer scheduling system•Develop pre-construction proposal/bid schedules•Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules, subcontractor schedules, and in updating schedules•Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims•Assist in claims preparation and analysis•Develop scheduling department procedures•Train field personnel in scheduling procedures•Prepare "as built" schedules•Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:•Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience•Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience, including 1 year scheduling experience•Ability to read and understand plans and specifications•Knowledge of construction methods and processes•Construction-related scheduling experience - Critical Path Method•Familiarity with job cost information•Computer skills
