Hammonton CSAP (Crisis Stabilization and Assessment Program) is intended to work with high-risk behavior clients through a comprehensive understanding of what may be contributing to the high-risk behaviors.

Assistants are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have evidenced difficulties.

(We have flexible days to meet your needs for shifts and guidance by a wonderful psychiatric and medical support team.)

Duties include but not limited to:

Document client observations and behaviors.Provide role modeling to adolescent population.Teach and interact with clientsProvide recreation and promote socialization skills.Promote socialization skills.Observation and documentation of success along with identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment teamCarrying out expected interventionsKeep accurate and timely records.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license.

H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.

Bachelor’s degree with one year experience or High school graduate (or equivalent) with 3 years of experience providing direct care to individuals with I/DD in a behavioral health or institutional setting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday or Saturday & Sunday (Flexible days)

Full time or Part time 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-11:00p, 11:00p-7:00a

Hammonton CSAP is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
