We are looking for an Accountant to join a strong Tulsa team! You will report to the Controller and assist in the preparation and analysis of financial records for our company as well as invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts and various other accounting functions. RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the preparation and examination of accounting records, financial statements, taxes and other financial reportsGeneral ledger and financial statement preparationSales tax reporting and income tax preparationPayroll and accounts payable processingAccount/bank reconciliations and depreciation schedule preparationMonthly and year-end closing assistanceCreate new processes to improve financial efficiencyReport analysis and findings to management teamWorking closely with leadership teamQUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other business-related field or a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accountingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
