Position OverviewThe Account Manager position will have responsibility for interfacing our sales teams efforts with our business operations, centered around the growth of our business and the relationships we have with our customers, brokers and Blue Plan partners. The goals will be aligned around the efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and group persistency, while working together with our sales teams to find additional opportunities. The outputs will be through the activities and results tracking in Salesforce to proactive calls, visits, billing management, persistency, add product and opportunity management, implementations and customer satisfaction.This position will report to the Director, Account Management.Essential Elements• Service of Existing Customers/Policyholders• Implementation of New Customers/Policyholders• Operations Escalations• Working with Sales on Opportunities/Pre and Post Sales, Renewals, Add Product and Enrollment Strategies• Salesforce Administration/ReportingRequirementsEducation and Certifications• Bachelor’s Degree PreferredExperience• Previous Account Management Experience 5+ years• Previous experience in Salesforce, Outlook, MS Office preferred• Insurance Industry Experience 5+ yearsTravel Required• Less than 10%Physical Requirements• Ability to lift 10 lbsBCS Core CompetenciesInforming, Customer Service, Driving for Results, Learning on the Fly, Action Oriented, Courage
