Fusion Transport offers more than 40 years of industry-leading experience providing customized supply chain solutions. We are a rapidly growing $300M+ company with a nationwide presence. We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business. We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing.

Our freight brokerage business is growing rapidly and looking for experienced brokers to join our team. Our integrated 3PL business allows brokers to leverage other parts of the business as selling points in ways that traditional brokers can't, making it easier to build relationships and sell to clients.

Key Account Manager

At Fusion Transport, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Key Account Manager to nurture and maintain client accounts, serving as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for assisting others and a relentless commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met.Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.Stay alongside industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contact updates and renewals.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct audits and analysis to assess client performance and identify areas for improvement.Demonstrate self-sufficiency and intuitive problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.Qualifications:Extensive experience in sales account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.Strong proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and contract management.Ability to adapt and learn new technologies as needed.Proactive and self-driven, with a natural inclination to engage with clients and anticipate their needs.Ability to work in the office Monday – Friday.What We OfferMedical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid holidaysPaid time off (PTO)Competitive base salaryCareer growth opportunitiesRemote and Hybrid OpportunitiesHigh Commission StructureAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or Vietnam era or other protected veteran.
