$67,800.00 - $88,200.00JOB OVERVIEW:

Supports the sales and trade forecasting process for the division within the Trade Fund Management (TFM) system. Translates customer needs from Field Sales and engages/activates internal business partners in Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to help deliver volume and profit objectives. This role will require heavy use of multiple data sources and requires a strong analytical skill set, providing Field Sales with tools required to track progress against, and ultimately achieve, the Annual Operating Plan.RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Supports Sales in accurately forecasting volume and trade spend in the trade funds system (TFM).Serves as subject matter expert in trade fund management. Works extensively with TFM software to ensure promotional activities are optimized, tracked, and within budget. Responsible for training new Sales and Broker users as needed.Conducts analysis of multiple data sources from internal databases and customer portals.Supports Revenue Growth Management activities by providing post-promotional analysis to ensure activities are efficient and profitable.Provides regular and ad hoc reporting as needed for multiple departments within the organization as well as to external customers/partners.Works closely with Finance during period closes and key planning periods to support in development and modifications to annual operating plan and latest estimates.Partners with Supply Chain and Customer Fulfillment to execute demand plan, address operational issues, and deliver high-quality service to customers.This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree2 years experience in business analytics, sales operations, and/or sales forecasting.Required to travel up to 10% of the time.Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills.Ability to quickly provide insights and learnings across the organization.Knowledgeable about Sales, Sales Systems, and Project Management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

CPG experience.Strong financial aptitude, budgeting ability, and forecasting.Background in Sales and Sales related technology.Syndicated sales data software experience is preferred (i.e. IRI or Nielsen).Knowledge of merchandising, retail experience and logistical flow.Ability to quickly analyze data and provide insights.Ability to work with agility and pivot in a fast-moving environment.Strong communicator with the ability to develop remote relationships.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.).SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
