A leader in innovative blending techniques, Spectrum Quartz features a stunning combination of movement and depth.The Dealer Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing Spectrum Quartz products as the preferred choice of Kitchen and Bath showrooms, interior designers, contractors and other retail channel partners. This includes building strong relationships and brand awareness, ensuring sampling is constantly maintained, facilitating sales and marketing efforts throughout the sales pipeline, and collaborating with other members of the sales team. The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, perseverance, outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task, self-reliance, and great time management skills.What You’ll Be Doing:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial client relationships with customers in the kitchen and bath industryDevelop and maintain current Spectrum Quartz product knowledgeFollow up on new leads and referrals from existing customers; ensure successful delivery of solutionsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholdersParticipate in local and regional marketing events, trade shows, industry associations as well as center eventsDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of opportunity to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Collaborate with sales management to identify and grow opportunities within territory; communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to managementAssist and resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededYou’re A Great Fit If You Have:Proven experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in the interior design industry, however WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATEDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organizationExperience delivering client-focused solutionsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsValid driver’s licenseEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar preferred; 1+ Years of experience in sales or design industry requiredSystems: Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce.Travel Requirements:

Travel to customers, trade shows, and associations. Ability to travel 80-90% in assigned territory.Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver marketing samples and trade show materials.What We Offer:
