About the team: The Relius ASP Technical Support team provides support for FIS Relius ASP applications. Support is provided for both browser-based solutions for retirement plan documents and government form filing and a remote desktop based solution for retirement plan administration. All applications are hosted in a FIS datacenter. What you will be doing: As a senior technical support engineer assigned to Relius you will be responsible for the following: Maintenance and tuning Relius systems running Microsoft Windows 2008, 2016 and 2019 Troubleshooting critical issues such as system unavailability and system slowness Installing and upgrading Windows OS including Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2016 and 2019 migrations and Domain migrations Investigating issues with Relius applications Liaison between Relius tech team and corporate network team including reviewing/monitoring network projects. What you bring: B.S. in IT/IS or equivalent work experience. Availability for support beyond normal work hours in the event of an emergency that requires immediate resolution. (Exempt level position, no overtime) Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019l Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL and Oracle.
