The eCommerce Sales Specialist position serves as the customer service sales representative for wheels, tires, and accessories across 3rd party platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.). The position is to handle sales and customer communication for ecommerce markets. This role is also responsible for communications related to wheel and accessory sales within all regions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as the customer service sales representative for wheels, tires, and accessories across 3rd party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.). Identify opportunities to help increase BWT sales via the various eCommerce platforms.Measure, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators used by 3rd party selling marketplaces to ensure a positive selling and buying experience, as well as monitor sales channel health and fight all claims/chargebacks. Highlight issues/trends and escalate to manager, as appropriate.Monitor Etail for listing errors/issues related to products impacting the customer and sales experience.Partner with various 3rd party platforms to improve listings to achieve top rated seller (e.g., Walmart BOW eBay store, Amazon, etc.)Perform customer service activities by assisting eCommerce customers via phone call and email to include handling claims, customer questions/inquiries and concerns.Process orders to include entry, tracking and updating in multiple 3rd party platforms. Complete all returns and supply return labels for customers to assist with their experience with Performance Discounters.Monitor shipments and store transfers to support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.Requirements

High School DiplomaMinimum of 1-year experience in a customer service roleE-commerce role is beneficial, but not requiredAutomotive tire and wheel knowledge, beneficial but not requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Operates in both office setting, and within our retail operations.Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.Walking, standing, sitting, listening, and talking on a wide variety and continual basis.Required to stand, walk, use hands, and fingers, handle and/or feel; lift/carry up to 25 pounds, and reach with hands and arms.Availability to work Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturday's 8:00am to 12:00pm.
