Implementation Consultant at Clarivate, you will
be responsible for
deploying and supporting Clarivate Intellectual Property (IP) Management Solutions that power our client's innovation lifecycle.Typically working in small teams, your daily activities will range
from pre-sales support,
to application configuration and deployment tasks, to trouble-shooting technical issues and providing Tier-3 support to clients needing answers to advanced support questions.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Information
Technology
or a related field
5+ years of experience in professional services, customer support, or IP domain experience such as IP Operations, Docketing, Paralegal, Patent Agent, PT/TM Administration
Experience with implementing, testing, and troubleshooting software
systems
Tech knowledge:
ASP.NET, C#, Oracle PL/SQ
L
It would be great if you also have...Experience with software and project management tools such as Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or
equivalent
Experience with Clarivate solutions (
Inprotech
,
Memotech
,
FoundationIP
)
Experience with IP processes and
practices
Tech knowledge: AWS, Azure, Oracle, SQL Server, and general programming languages
What will you be doing in this role?Utilize varied technical skills and domain knowledge to implement and deploy Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) solutions using Clarivate software
products
Analyze business requirements, use cases and/or user stories to design, recommend and implement
appropriate
solutions
Create and implement quality assurance and functional test
plans
Diagnose,
isolate
and resolve software product issues in collaboration with Engineering and Support
teams
Provide subject matter
expertise
throughout all phases of
projects
About the teamThe Implementation Team has a diverse background and is distributed across several US time zones
in order to
offer the
optimal
coverage for our global customer base. Our clients include law firms and Fortune 500 companies, including leading technology, life sciences and pharma companies.Hours of Work:Full time, regular business hours
This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days a week in one of our US Clarivate offices.
