About the role

We’re hiring a frontend engineer to join us onsite in San Francisco. You’ll build delightful user interfaces to solve massive problem for our customers. Since we’re building a new category of software, you’ll bring to life entirely new design patterns (not just another to-do list). An easy-to-use UI is an important and differentiated value prop of our product —our customers are accustomed to dated Windows-only desktop apps. As an early employee, you’ll also contribute heavily to building the company’s team and culture.Our stack:TypeScript, Node, Postgres, React, GraphQL (Apollo), Next.jsYou might be a good fit if you have/are

4+ years of experience as a frontend software engineer

A strong desire to directly understand customer problems and design solutions for them

Attention to detail for implementing pixel-perfect designs

Knowledge of best practices on component libraries, state management, data fetching, or CSS

Ability to anticipate UI edge cases and implement intuitive handling

Experience breaking down and prioritizing ambiguous projects

Familiarity or interest in Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, or Apollo Client

Not required: insurance knowledge – we promise, you’ll pick up the necessary pieces fast!
