Solution Delivery Specialist I, is responsible for coordinating new product installations across the suite of products with focus on FRONTSTEPS Community and Payments. Working with multiple teams, functions, and customers, this critical role will ensure timelines of deliverables are completed on time and within scope.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirementsManage multiple customer implementation projects from beginning to endAssess the client’s exact needs and create a plan to deliverEnsure teams are on task and deadlines are metManage conflicts and ensure problems are solved before the quality of the project is compromisedProvide reporting and status updates on projectsReport on key metrics, analyze and develop new processes that drive efficiencies and revenueAbility to implement products through coordination of resources and collaboration with multiple teamsOther duties as assignedSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years in a SaaS implementation environment with a strong focus on ImplementationKnowledge of HOA/Community Management, PreferredKnowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plusCustomer focusedCommunication proficiencyProficient in ExcelDetail oriented and highly organizedEffective planning and prioritizingTechnical aptitudeAdaptable to changeStrong investigative and problem‐solving skillsTime managementAbility to balance shifting prioritiesSalesforce Knowledge preferred but not required$23.56 - $26.45 an hour

This position will be based in the Denver office and pays an hourly rate of $ 23.56
