We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients and partners. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions to our clients.Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Basic understanding of the auto lending industry is a plus but not required.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.Ability to work independently and remotely.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
