Corporate Project Manager

Arclin USA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Project Manager , at our corporate office in

Alpharetta, GA . This role will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. The successful candidate will lead designated strategic projects from initiation to delivery and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Develops and manages project plans, including project scope, timeline, budget and resourcesLeads and coordinates internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressIdentify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as neededWork closely with both internal and external project resource teams to drive projects from inception to launch through stage gate process.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationEstablish and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and sponsorsUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they ariseManage project work to achieve assigned milestones and deliverablesMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesCommunicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholdersSchedule and lead Project update meetings with the Project SteerCo as needed but no less frequent than once per calendar quarterManage the relationship with cross-functional teams and all stakeholders

Accountability:

Delivering projects On-Time, On-Budget and In-ScopeMaintaining regular project updates to SteerCoConduct lessons learned sessions at the end of each project to identify areas for improvementQualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Business Administrations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Science)Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM)Minimum 10 years related experience, including 5 years of project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum)Experience from companies with R&DAbility to communicate effectively across different levels of the organizationBroad understanding of business, organization, and strategy developmentExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsExperience managing cross-functional teams with the ability to influence factoring in perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPossess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsCompetency with Planisware or similarProject Governance/Stage-Gate experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
