Anthropic is seeking a highly organized and self-starting Administrative Business Partner to support multiple senior leaders. In this pivotal role, you will own the scheduling and logistics for some of our function leaders, partnering closely with them on prioritization and providing real-time support to help ensure our teams have what they need to achieve their goals. As a key point of contact for internal and external partners, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities, by building strong relationships, collaborating across teams, and problem-solving.About AnthropicAnthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Scheduling and managing calendars for our leaders across multiple teamsCoordinating logistics for conferences and events for leaders' teams, in collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teamsManaging expense claims and reimbursements for leaders, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keepingProviding seamless and welcoming experiences for in-person visitors to Anthropic's HQ in San Francisco, ensuring prospective partners and customers feel valued and appreciatedAssisting with ad-hoc projects and company-wide coordination, using your problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to drive positive outcomesYou may be a good fit if you:

Have 5-7+ years of related experience in Executive support or other administrative roles, and are energized by the idea of growing in those fieldsHave enthusiasm for supporting leaders in executing their vision, and ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeedAre highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high attention to detailThrive in fast-paced and changing environmentsHave excellent time management skills and are able to manage multiple calendars, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangementsHave a positive and welcoming attitude and are able to communicate effectively with team members at all levelsHave a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong candidates may also:

Have a strong interest in Anthropic’s mission and deep commitment to AI safety in research and product developmentHave a security mindset with a thorough understanding of data protection and privacy best practicesAnnual Salary (USD)The expected salary range for this position is $140k - $190k USD.Hybrid policy & US visa sponsorship:

Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time. For this role specifically, we are expecting at least 2-3 days a week in our San Francisco office.We do sponsor visas!
