Join our team in Fort Wayne, IN as a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers through the car purchasing journey. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing vital support throughout the car buying process. • Engaging with potential customers to establish connections and address their questions. • Coordinating with leads and linking interested buyers with a vehicle specialist for personalized assistance.

Compensation- $16 - $18 with potential weekly spiff

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers • Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, thru text, and email while using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner • Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car buying process • Must maintain a high standard of quality dials, calls, and achieve target goals • Have fun! This is a laid-back, fun, but professional environment Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • 18 years or older • Customer Service Experience • Basic Computer Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions • Strong customer relationship management skills • Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
