Our compensation package includes vacation and sick compensation, health, dental, vision, life, and long-term and short-term disability insurance, and a matching 401(k) plan.Requirements•Research and identify new products that compliment and grow DOXA's portfolio of insurance offerings•Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system including tracking and updating information on leads and client interactions•Create, track, and report on opportunity analysis presentations for the Director of Product Development and the DOXA Senior leadership team•Conduct outreach to prospective partners through cold calling, emailing, and networking•Coordinate meetings and events with prospective partners•Collaborate with the DOXA marketing team to develop social media content, prospect outreach campaigns and other collateral as neededQualifications•Bachelor's degree preferred•Previous insurance experience preferred•Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail•Ability to work independently and as part of a cross=functional team•A proactive and results-oriented mindset•Willingness to travel as needed
