Position Overview :We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As part of our service department, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with our customers. You’ll work closely with our service team to ensure a seamless customer experience while helping to maximize service appointments and department profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively reach out to customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments
Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-up processes
Collaborate with the service department to ensure all customer needs are met
Promote service specials, campaigns, and vehicle maintenance programs
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Assist in building service business by identifying opportunities to grow customer retention
Monitor and manage service appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency
Requirements :
Proven experience in a Business Development or Customer Service role, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer retention strategies
A positive attitude and a commitment to being part of a successful team
Bilingual skills are a plus
