Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales BDC Manager to join our Business Development Center (BDC). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with information about our vehicles, services, and promotions. Your primary focus will managing lead generation, appointment scheduling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly goals and targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and dealership promotions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
