In this role, you will provide comprehensive and professional facilities services to all personnel working at the Glendale unit by taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, budget, and strategy. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with not only the facilities team but regional GMBAs, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, as well as external suppliers, contractors, and agencies. Please note : This role is onsite at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center M-F, no remote work.
Your Activities:Supervises external and internal on-site support teams to maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, holds teams accountable and promotes an environment to support excellent support services.Monitors the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, etc.Ensures routine maintenance, inspections and repairs are completed as scheduled and as needed.Provides metrics and reports to management on maintenance, safety, facility operations, utilization, or others based on leadership discretionPartners with Procurement on supplier relationships, and procure to pay processesDevelops and maintains business continuity plans, and health and safety plansMaintains site compliance for all inspections/audits, regulatory or client or statutory authoritiesImplements and enforces CRES policy and proceduresManages utilization and space and occupancy planningParticipates in formal staff review processes, performance evaluations and timekeepingWork closely with business partners to craft solutions to business needs and implement themEstablishes and maintains working relationships with key building ownership and property managementYour Profile:Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a corporate facility support or related environment OR hospital/clinical settingOversight of a multi-site environment at Management levelExperience in construction management and real estate operations preferredKnowledgeable of building systems and technology, e.g. A/V, Security, Sound Masking, Lighting Controls, etc.Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, building operation systems, infrastructure, etc.)Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 annuallyActual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location.In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and additional total rewards incentives.Our talent acquisition team will provide additional details on our bonus plan or incentive programs for those eligible roles.
