who will be a key support toSenior Leadership and the Fleet Operations. The location of thisposition is in San Diego, CA.Job Description:Continental Tide is seeking a motivated, energetic AITexperienced Site Lead / Project Manager able to make an immediatepositive impact for our Norfolk VA and San Diego CA offices.The candidate’s primary function will be to interface withContinental Tide Program Managers, Project Managers and ProjectTeam Staff.Must have a strong background in the operation, installation,repair, modification, and maintenance of Naval HM&E orElectronic systems and equipment; including but not limited to thesupervision of technical support for Alteration/SC installation,maintenance and repair of HM&E ship systems.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency inexecuting programs related to ship Hull, Mechanical &Electrical (HM&E) or electronic system projects and initiatives.Previous direct experience working with the Navy is essential.The Project Lead must clearly demonstrate expertise as aSubject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific industrial discipline,e.g. Structural | Electrical | Mechanical, as well as have a goodunderstanding of each of the other disciplines IOT effectivelyplan and execute the project plan.As a Site Foreman your responsibilities shall include but not belimited to the following:Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:

Lead and overseethe planning, execution, and delivery of shipboard HM&E orelectronic system projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget,and timeline requirements.Technical Expertise:

Apply in-depth workingknowledge of power generation, power transmission, and auxiliarymachinery systems to provide technical guidance and ensure projectspecifications are met.Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional projectteams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven workenvironment. Provide mentorship and support to team members as needed.Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee qualityassurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality ship systems.Reporting:

Prepare and present regular projectstatus reports to senior management, highlighting keyachievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.Experience and Skills

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certificationsor training in ship repair or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in AITship repair.Knowledge of shipboard systems and equipment.Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managemultiple priorities.Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.5 to 7 years previous experience overseeing and directing'Project-Level' initiatives.Proven ability to lead a fifteen (5) to (10) tradespersonAlteration Installation Team (AIT).Experience in directing daily production to attain schedule milestones.Knowledge of maintaining QAWB and OQE requirements.Experience communicating directly with management,subcontractors, and customers regarding project cost, staffing,and scheduling.Background in preparing status reports and ensuring plansadhere to contract specifications.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan andaccomplish goals.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of ship alteration/installation processes and proceduresStrong project management skills, including the ability toplan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within.Security Requirements:Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD securityclearance to access military facilities, naval shipyards, privateshipyards, and Naval installations.Due to export control regulations, this role is open to U.S.citizens only.Travel Requirements:Occasional Travel- up t0 10% within and outside of thecontinental United States.If a position requires travel by domestic flight or access tosecure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be ableto obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriateidentification credentials, such as REAL ID. )Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment andboxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by thespecific job, but no less than 30 lbs.Ability to work on and climb ladders, work in extremetemperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, underindustrial conditions and in confined spaces.Please note:
