The successful applicant will have case handling responsibilities under supervision by senior attorneys.

We also represent buyers and sellers in disputes involving residential and commercial property.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on real estate mattersProvide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate transactionsReview and analyze purchase agreements, disclosures, title reports, escrow documents.Prepare legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and lease agreementsRepresent clients in real estate litigation mattersProvide risk management servicesPrepare pleadings and discoveryAttend depositions and mediationsPrepare cases for trialExperienceOne to three years of experience as an attorneyStrong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practicesProficient in legal research using platforms such as WestlawExcellent negotiation skills and ability to draft complex legal documentsExperience with preparing leases and purchase agreementsFamiliarity with legal administrative tasks such as contact management and case tracking and billing softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsThis job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
