The Role

Bitly is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our team who is passionate about helping businesses and brands connect with their consumers. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and PMO and other cross-functional groups to help evolve and execute Bitly's core product strategy. In addition, you will help identify areas of opportunity and innovation surrounding Bitly's core product offerings.

What You'll Do

Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and help shape and define product vision and strategy for the core Bitly productUnderstand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequentlyGather requirements, define functionality, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product deliveryTake a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans, progress and successBe able to drive vision & strategy across a cross functional marketing and engineering team to meet specific KPIsManage and develop relationships with strategic partnerships

Who You Are

5+ years of hands-on SaaS product management experience or equivalent work experiencePrior experience in building SaaS applications in the ecommerce spaceHave a proven track record of building products that people love and delivering business resultsBe able to take an ambiguous vision and drive strategy and product execution with a team of engineers, designers, and marketersVery strong communication and influencing skillsExcellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, and third partiesAbility to work with limited direction across multiple projects -- self-starter personality is a must

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.

Pay Range

$120,480—$180,720 USD
