Our Product Team is looking for an accomplished Senior Product Manager to help enhance our customer experience around a feature-rich and open Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. In partnership with our Director of Product Management, you will own the vision, definition, and delivery of specific modules of our ERP solution, playing an instrumental role in our overall product strategy. With more than 3,700 customers and a strong partner network, your contributions will significantly influence our multi-product business.What You'll DoDevelop a deep understanding of user personas across our multi-product business and serve as a sounding board for internal and external stakeholders and customersCollaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, define, refine, and execute our product roadmap while ensuring effective release and sprint planningBecome a trusted expert on our product and identify opportunities for improvement while keeping a focus on user experienceGuide your scrum team in troubleshooting production-escalation issues; provide training for internal and external customers on new product functionalitySet your engineers up for success by collaborating with them in sprint activities, supplying them with relevant user stories and aiding them in estimationYour First 90 DaysIn your First 30 Days, you’ll develop a deep understanding of Unanet by exploring our existing product offerings and the customers they support. You’ll familiarize yourself with what is planned for delivery in the next two quarters. With this knowledge, you’ll help clarify and realign requirements, writing epics and user stories, and refining these with your team.In your First 60 Days, you’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, helping them understand our product direction and the reasoning behind it. In collaboration with our User Experience Team, you’ll question, redefine, validate, and solidify our roadmap deliverables.In your First 90 Days, you will drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for respective product deliverables. You’ll advocate for the product roadmap, committing lighthouse customers and defining success metrics for adoption and engagement. You’ll be the guiding light for your scrum team, executing defined product deliverables.Who You Are5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) software product management experiencePrior experience working in an Agile development environmentAccountability and motivation to deliver high-quality products that solve customers’ challengesAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ability to translate non-technical needs into defined product deliverablesBachelor's degreeYour DifferentiatorsPrior experience with government contractingPrior product experience with ERP and/or project management software solutionsExpertise in identifying and evaluating customers and end user needsExperience supporting user interface design across a multi-platform productOur ValuesWe are a Team. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
