Building Products National Account Manager

Remote | Full-Time

Zonda is currently seeking a National Account Manager who will be focused on our Building Product Manufacturer Segment. The National Account Manager will be tasked with helping the company grow by developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in the building product manufacturers industry. This fast-paced position is best suited for someone who is self-directed and customer focused.

Enjoy presenting and sharing technology solutionsHas great communication and organizational skillsHas experience with technology platforms, especially Apple, iPad, and IOS.Enjoys working with a team and collaborating to achieve successWould feel comfortable giving online webinar demonstrations and controlling the meetingHas no fear of talking to people on the phone, in person, or in other forms of communicationPassionate about training and ensuring clients understand the facets of an amazing tool and its features and how to use themCognizant of client needs and our solutions that fit bestFamiliar with CRM’s, especially SalesforceExperience with Customer Success Software IE GainsightWould thrive in acting as the primary contact and building long term relationships with customersHas fun learning new ways to do business with a proactively positive outlookIs passionate about building trust and realizes when it’s happened to move the needle forwardFamiliar with Powerpoint and A/V setup, slideshowsEnjoys working tradeshows, engaging with attendees and developing a rapport

Desired Qualifications:

B.S. or B.A. desired3-5 + years experience in customer success or similar customer facing roleProfessional demeanor and organizational skills, a mustExcellent verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly with clients,Strong technical skills and CRM experience required, preferably experience with SalesforceExperience with or interest in learning about the housing industry, specifically new home developmentExperience with or interest in building products and the manufacturing industryTeam player with a customer focused mindsetWilling to travel up to 25%
