The Operations Specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.Objectives of this Role:Develop and implement department-wide quality control measuresRecommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operationsMaintain communication with operations manager, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch pointsAssist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activitiesOversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessaryEnsure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulationsKey Responsibilities:Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessaryOrder supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance departments to adhere to budgetCreate procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staffCommunicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and vendorsOnboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating proceduresRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven organizational skills, including time managementProject management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailWorking Conditions:Full-time position on site at the Phoenix location.May require occasional travel for team meetings, special training, and other miscellaneous reasons.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision plans, and generous PTO.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and a cover letter detailing their experience with paid search strategies and how they can contribute to the growth and success to Advanced United Technology.
