Posting SummaryThe Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Health at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School is searching for a full-time mid level position in Gynecologic Oncology. Rank and salary commensurate with experience. Candidates who qualify and are interested in protected research time should consider applying. The applicant must have interest in teaching and supervising medical students and residents.
The position will serve both inpatients and outpatients seen in both public and community hospitals in Newark, NJ and surrounding community. The scope and breath of the applicant's clinical activities will promote professional interests while covering clinical needs.

QualificationsMinimum Education and ExperienceQualified candidates must be board eligible/certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. Candidate must demonstrate experience and competence in Gynecologic Oncology clinical care including surgery, chemotherapy, and clinical/translational investigation.
Certifications/LicensesCandidate must be able to possess a valid NJ medical license, CDS and DEA by the first day of employment at Rutgers.

OverviewNew Jersey's academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health. This position is at Rutgers- New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) in Newark, NJ. Aligned with Rutgers University-New Brunswick and collaborating university-wide, RBHS includes eight schools, a behavioral health network, and five centers and institutes that focus on cancer treatment and research, neuroscience, advanced biotechnology and medicine, environmental and occupational health, and health care policy and aging research.
