Aleysian is a rapidly growing startup in the digital consulting space. We are looking for a creative and driven Consultant to lead and project manage SaaS implementations for our clients. We believe that the best consultants are people that are genuinely interested in learning and helping companies to succeed. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience PMing in a consulting environment.We are experts in helping our clients adopt and implement cloud solutions as the heartbeat of their business processes, allowing employees to maximize their production and effectiveness. Most of our engagements are performed remotely from our offices in Chicago’s loop.Job Responsibilities
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete themMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple stakeholders are assigned to the same project or program to ensure team actions remain collaborativeCommunicating with key stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goalsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeRequirements
2-4 years PM experience in a consulting settingWillingness to learn in a rapidly moving environmentBe results-oriented, able to be accountable for tasks and achieve objectives with minimal guidanceAbility to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, including experience with project management toolsAttention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to work well both individually and within a teamComfort in working in a small company atmosphere at a fast paceMust have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitationIf you are a highly motivated self-starter looking for a fast-paced & fun environment in which to advance your career we strongly encourage you to apply.
