Summary

As a Product Manager for our ticketing platform, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and evolving our ticketing experience to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, prioritize improvements, and implement innovative solutions that optimize ticketing processes and enhance fraud prevention measures.

Responsibilities

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas to maximize user experience in Cosm’s ticketing flow.Gather and prioritize product feature requirements from stakeholders that aim to increase conversion and drive ticket sales.Inform overall strategy for ticket solutions, including discounting and promotions, that align with business needs.Define and implement strategy for ticket packages and bundling.Define mid to long-term roadmap, including the definition of dynamic pricing approach.Address ticket fraud concerns through the implementation of fraud prevention measures.Provide insights to inform strategy regarding ticket types, supported events, and more.Collaborate with program management and engineering on the delivery of scope.Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager in the ticketing, event management, or e-commerce industries.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving revenue growth through product innovation.Willingness to adjust and adapt to changes in timeline and priorities.Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Eagerness to embrace an open, candid, and respectful work environment.Capability to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $105,000 to $140,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
