Summary:We are seeking a motivated, highly detail-oriented, and communicative Manager of Scheduling to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and fast-paced world of immersive entertainment. This role is critical to seamless coordination of event schedules and downstream programming operations. The successful candidate will be both passionate about the customer experience and experienced in Content Operations. They will be versatile, a self-starter, highly collaborative across the organization, and have a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end process execution of the new Content Scheduling & Operations function across internal and external partners.

Review, update, and maintain the master calendar of events across multiple venues and time zones, ensuring all event details are accurately reflected, up-to-date, and communicated to relevant teams including media, marketing, and venue operations.

Summarize and disseminate actionable ticket release schedules

Create event calendar tools that support various departments operational needs, including internal and events nearby to Cosm Venues

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and data insights that drives new schedule recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather assets and feedback, driving new schedule recommendations and supporting proactive asset delivery with detailed milestone timelines.

Quality check all event assets, including videos, images, and metadata, to ensure they meet standards and are correctly inputted into Content Management Systems.

Lead weekly content review meetings for operation teams, summarizing and disseminating actionable ticket release schedules, and managing any updates in the Content Management System to enhance the customer experience.

Lead the process for holding back tickets and issuing comped tickets across the organization

Experience:

Degree and specialization in Business, Communications, or a related field

4+ years of experience in Content or Event Scheduling / Programming functions, including experience in the entertainment, media or live events industries

Experience and deep understanding of best-in-class tools and resources in the field

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret consumer data

Strong project management skills with the ability to design clear plans and workflows, and execute accordingly

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across business functions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Hyper detail-oriented with a strong organizational aptitude

The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $105,000 to $130,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
