The Operational Resilience Specialist will support resilience team leaders and wider business units in the delivery of key projects and provide guidance to other stakeholders.MAJOR DUTIESCollaborates with business and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and align Important Business Service Capabilities based on their strategic importance and impactKey

lead in business dependency oversight; monitoring of risks and vulnerabilities across all services. This will include the input into required Management Information reporting, investigation into areas of concern / issues, and the tracking of any required remediationSupports the review and oversight of compliance with the Operational Resilience Policy and StandardEnsure risks and issues are documented, tracked and reported in a timely mannerLead projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsActs as a support for colleagues with less experienceMonitor and analyze impact of new Products and Organizational changeKNOWLEDGE/SKILLSExpert knowledge ofoperational resiliency includingdisaster/business recovery,business continuity
management, 3rdparty vendor/outsourcing, corporate risk policies and standardsStrong understanding of risk management practices including cyber security and how they apply in Financial Servicesorganizations including the impact of regulation on operational resiliency mattersStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to drive to executionApplies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performanceThorough understanding and knowledge of resiliency regulations, jurisdictional requirements and guidelines within the
