Business Analyst
to remotely collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience translating requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.

Responsibilities include:
Gather and analyze data for potential business expansionAssist with project management for selected projectsCoordinate with project team to improve productivity, test business processes and develop structured requirementsConvert roadmap features into smaller user storiesCommunicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholdersPerform data discovery, analysis and modelingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentationFamiliarity with agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycleAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceMust be a US citizenMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearancefor the supported agenciesAbout Analytica: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
