Essential Duties of the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce solutionsDocument detailed business requirements, user stories, and use casesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and developmentPerform data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality within SalesforceQualifications of the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on SalesforceStrong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Experience PortalsProficiency in data analysis and mapping, with experience using tools such as Excel or Salesforce Data LoaderExperience working in an Agile environment is a plusAbility to obtain a Public Trust requiredCompensation for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

$100,000-$115,000 (based on experience)Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
