Essential Duties of the

QA Team Lead

:

Assess and build out team and project solutionsCreate test plans and test strategiesWork within the Salesforce frameworkUse Selenium for testing initiativesQualifications of the

QA Team Lead

:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldAt least 5+ years of experience leading teams within manual/auto testing teams5 years experience working with SeleniumSalesforce Admin cert is a plusExperience in testing claimant forms and claim management systemsMust posses or be able to obtain a Public TrustCompensation for the

QA Team Lead

:

$140,000-$160,000 (based on experience)Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
