Engage in client communication, representing their interests throughout legal proceedings.Handle deposition taking and defense, ensuring adequate representation.Conduct legal research and draft necessary documents for cases.Lead mediations to negotiate favorable settlements.Develop comprehensive case strategies and execute them effectively, including taking cases to trial when necessary.Duties:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal counsel.Take and defend depositions during the discovery process.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Lead mediations to facilitate settlement negotiations.Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings.Requirements:
5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.Proficiency in drafting and responding to motions.Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Arizona State Bar.Skills:
