with experience in Business/Corporate litigation. This position would earn a

Motion practice, Written Discovery, Depositions, Pleadings, Legal Research, Trial/preparation –

or 2 nd

chair)

MUST Strong experience litigating

Employment disputes

(employer side)

including

Wrongful Termination, Allegations, Wage Disputes, Discrimination and Harassment,

etc. is a

MUST Demonstrated experience litigating issues involving

Trade Secrets, Corporate Dissolutions, Non-Competition issues, Shareholder disputes, Corporate Governance, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, or Fraudulent Transfers , etc.

is a

MUST Juris Doctor degree

from an accredited Law School with

California Bar admission
