Primary Job Responsibilities:As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Manager, Global Sales Operations as a business analyst, as well as serving our national accounts, customer service team, and sales leadership. You will be at the forefront of supporting our Business Analytics initiatives, as well as developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to GPO pricing, wholesaler channels, distribution, and sales representative pricing. Your principal responsibilities will encompass the establishment and upkeep of our contract and pricing infrastructure, along with strategic support within Salesforce.com, SAP and PowerBI. Your responsibilities will extend to:Strategic Pricing Management: Lead comprehensive pricing strategies across diverse sales channels, emphasizing standardization and maximization to optimize margins and expand market share.Charge Back and Rebate Management: Oversee Distribution Charge Back and Rebate Management, including system upkeep and precise management of Distribution and National Account Contracts.Salesforce.com Database Management: Demonstrate proficiency in updating various facets of the Salesforce.com database for seamless operational execution.PowerBI Database Management: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager in daily reporting using PowerBI. Work independently to update sales reporting, demonstrating adeptness in ensuring accuracy.Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements in all Business Analytics initiatives by recommending changes to Salesforce.com and refining processes for maximum efficiency in pricing management, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Reports To:

An advanced degree is required. A background in Pricing and/or Business Analytics is advantageous.Experience Requirements:1-3 years of experience in managing Contracts/Pricing Structures/Price Lists/Rebates/Business Analytics, etc.Business Analytics background is preferred.Experience in the Medical or Pharma industries is an advantage.Additional Requirements:Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong numerical ability, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to timely response.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Maintain positive, trusting, and effective relationships with business partners as well as internal and external customers.Computer Skills:Proficiency in Office products, Excel, Salesforce.com, PowerBI, and a financial system like SAP is a must.Join us at Eitan Medical and be part of a team driving innovation and excellence in the global medical device industry!
