The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.The OpportunityAnalyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.Works with all stakeholders impacted by business system and/or business process changes to ensure all changes are managed back into the business in a way that minimizes impact to the customer.Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.Understands current systems and collaborates with business on laying out requirements.Participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, user training, and documentation.Researches and documents business issues.Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.Works with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.May provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What You NeedRequires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Experience in JIRA and Confluence.Healthcare Insurance Domain Experience.Experience with Agile or Business Process and Analysis methodologies.Excellent writing skills for effective documentation including but not limited to requirements, process flow maps, and use cases.Ability to work independently as well as within a goal-oriented team.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and internal and/or external customers.Ability to create user stories, extracting all the information from the desired features/epics.Ability to work with different teams, cross-domain, and detail the features.Role Location:

RemoteCompensation Range:

$68,000-$102,000Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, vacation accrual, and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
