Our employees are our greatest assets, and we invite you to apply to be a part of our journey toward making a difference in healthcare in the United States.You AreUST HealthProof is looking for an Associate Attorney who will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements with our partners and customers.The OpportunityAs an Associate Attorney at UST HealthProof, this is your opportunity to:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to:Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) agreementsSoftware as a Service (SaaS) agreementsProduct licensing agreementsService agreementsNon-disclosure agreementsVendor contractsConsulting agreementsPartnership agreementsBusiness associate agreementsWork closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, compliance, finance, and product team, to understand business needs and objectives and ensure that contracts adequately address requirements.Advise on legal issues related to intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity in the context of contract negotiations and agreements.Assess legal risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain contract templates and standard clauses to streamline the contract review and negotiation process while ensuring consistency and compliance with legal standards.Comply with the organization’s Code of Conduct, all regulatory and contractual requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.What You NeedCandidates should have a strong understanding of contract law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior-level executives and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts align with company objectives and mitigate potential risks.3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation.Experience in healthcare IT sector is preferred.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the bar association.Role Location:

RemoteCompensation Range:
