Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.You AreA talented Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new logos within several verticals including new services and new divisions.The OpportunityDrive revenue and market share in North America into several sectors in a land/expand manner.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Maintain a high level of financial services knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects with the domain leader.Drive opportunities for UST to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales.Provide forecasts on committed, best-case, and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.You Will NeedAt least 10 years of experience.A Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience.A strong background and experience within the global delivery service model.Start-up experience and growth mindset.A track record in terms of meeting and/or beating quota for the majority of your sales career.Stories and examples of times the candidate was able to unseat a competitor from their roost within a premium account.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and prospect pursuit leadership skills.The ability to provide thought leadership and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels with the confidence in presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders because you know you are persuasive and influential.Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains.Openness to travel.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.Role Location: Atlanta, GA;
