Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 7.5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply. Salesforce Business Analyst- Remote USAThe Salesforce Business Analyst is a multifaceted role that involves aligning sales, client solutions, and marketing efforts by leveraging Salesforce.com, specifically the Sales and Service Cloud platforms. This role is critical in environments where continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making are key drivers of success. It requires expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping and analysis, solution design, configuration and testing, as well as user training and support. As a key member of the process improvement team, this role will focus on enhancing overall user experiences in Salesforce and Service Cloud. Essential FunctionsSupport the Salesforce Administration team by assisting in managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, customization, maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insightful analytics and streamline processes. Collaborate with Marketing to generate and manage leads from inception to close, tracking and analyzing lead data, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Salesforce enhancements that improve efficiency and overall business outcomes. Gather and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements, conducting interviews and pre-scoping sessions to understand business processes and challenges. Design solutions in collaboration with Salesforce developers and administrators to meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and usability. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.Work closely with the commercial learning and development team to provide training and support users on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features/functionality, ensuring effective adoption and utilization. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and Salesforce updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales enablement. Up to 10% travel per year to support training, implementation, and client engagement activities. Other duties as assigned to support the overall success and functionality of the Salesforce environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce and Business Process development. Salesforce.com Administration Certification required Salesforce Business Analyst certification required or or similar certification or work experience Strong understanding of sales processes, sales enablement best practices, and CRM systems. Proven experience in training Salesforce and Service Cloud users, with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs that enhance adoption and efficiency. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, sales enablement tools/software, and process documentation software such as Visio.
