About The Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of engagements by leading the assessment of the customer's pipeline goal, quantifying PV and Energy Storage offerings that Anza can deliver through the platform to achieve positive business outcomes, and ensuring the completion of project pipeline to drive customer success.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Drive customer engagement from initial meetings, conceptual pitches to firm bids and contract execution while championing the value of Anza.Lead client meetings and presentations, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, to strategize customer procurement execution towards positive business outcomes.Responsible for managing the collaboration and participation of internal stakeholders to successfully fulfill customer project execution strategies.

Skills

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance and 4 years of experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degreeExperience in solar development, development engineers, project developers, sales and account management experience, project managementMinimum five years of professional experience in sales and/or project management with a successful track record of meeting annual sales goals with complex enterprisesStrong aptitude for customer service and organizationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition in a simple and compelling mannerPM, CSCP or CPSM Certification a plus

This is not a commission earning position
