Position Summary

The Project Manager reports to the Manager of Contract Services.Located in any of the following states: TX, NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, OR, WAFull-TimeRemote with 75% travel across the USAnticipated application deadline is February 2nd, 2024As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the planning, monitoring, coordination, and supervision of all phases of the equipment package installations. You will serve as the key liaison between the General Contractor, subcontractors, and our internal team for new store equipment packages for a national chain.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Manage & oversee opening equipment package procurement, consolidation, shipments and installations from start to finish.Strong organizational skills.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Design, Sales Operations, and Distribution) to ensure alignment on customer needs and timely delivery of equipment and services.Review bid and contract documents to ensure contract requirements are being met.Participate in weekly meetings to update the team on project status and provide answers to specific questions on each project in your area of responsibility.Review manufacturers’ quotes and approve manufacturers’ shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent.Ensure jobs are delivered and installed on-time.Seek to maximize profitability whenever possible.Conduct oneself in a professional manner that fosters positive relations with external/internal customers and vendors.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Strong relationship building skills.Attention to detail.Excellent customer service attitude.Critical thinking and problem solving.

% TRAVEL REQUIRED:

This position requires up to 75% of travel.Flexible in schedule to enable the company to meet customer needs – overtime and weekends may be necessary and required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent Military or practical experience.3 – 5 years project management experience required.Foodservice industry experience highly preferred.Sales/distribution experience preferred.Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
