Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale, CA office.In office requirements:
Must be in office at least 1 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances.Salary Range:
$100,000 - $145,000 (1-4 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.Job Description:Litigate in federal court, specializing in employee benefits law.Manage cases, collaborate with paralegals, and attend court hearings.Responsibilities:Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.Conduct legal research, draft documents, and communicate with clients and courts.Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.Qualifications:
Qualifications:California Bar admission required.1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
