Job Overview:
Senior Analyst to support our operations team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing operational and financial data, optimizing processes, and providing key insights to support the company's financial and operational objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful trends and insights.
Provide insights into operational performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.Build processes for product margin analysis.Develop and implement operational & financial models to support the business.Conduct regular analysis of inventory levels and inventory turns.Collaborate with operational teams on capital planning.Work with global operational teams to develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.Collaborate with global accounting teams to ensure accurate intercompany transactions.Generate monthly financial and operational reports with valuable insights tailored for senior leadership.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of costs related to production and operations.
Experience/Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance required.Proven experience as an Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; OneStream knowledge is a plus.Excellent knowledge of financial statements and reporting.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
