We are looking for a Campus Supervisor, who is willing to embrace McKinleys mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Campus Supervisor is responsible for serving as the Facility Manager while on shift and shall be the lead in responding to and preventing crisis situations.Compensation and Benefits:The pay range were offering is $25.00- $29.00 hourly depending (Based) on experience.Our people are the heart of our organization, which is why we offer robust benefits to support your health and wellness as well as your personal and financial well-being.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- we offer a company defined contribution of $550/monthLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time OffSick TimePaid Holidays403(b) retirement plan with company match up to 3%Employee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusCredit Union MembershipTraining Opportunities to Further Personal and Professional GrowthQualifications:Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degreeTwo years of full-time experience (as a paid or volunteer), or its equivalent, working with the population to be served, or equivalent education or experienceTwo years of experience as a social worker in a group home or STRTPProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related softwarePossess superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and organizedAble to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervisionAble to work as a team memberAble to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staffAble to represent the agency professionally and appropriately with all constituenciesMust pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screeningAbility to drive to various sites on and off campusAbility to work extended hours as neededAbility to physically restrain children (if needed)DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index; Insurability under Corporate Automobile InsuranceKey Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operation of the STRTP when the Administrator is not on campus.Supervise the direct care staff in collaboration with the Unit Manager, ensuring appropriate care and supervision is provided to children in accordance with applicable law, licensing regulations, and the facilitys policies.Provide therapeutic crisis intervention services for children.Understand how to use and implement the campus emergency plan and understand key roles in the plan.Supervise children, as needed.In collaboration with Unit Manager and Activities Coordinator, oversee the planned activities required to be available to children.Ensuring the general upkeep of the STRTP.Reporting to the Administrator and making recommendations to address identified issues.Completion of Special Incident Reports as required.Regularly conduct rounds of residences and campus to ensure compliance with policies.In collaboration with STRTP staff administers discipline and limit setting for behaviors.Effectively use communication devices (i.e. cellular telephones, 2-way radios) while maintaining confidentiality.Be able to assess proper handling of crisis situations, including contacting law enforcement.Complete all required documentation when law enforcement officials are involved.Provide basic security functions for the campus.Participate in the training of new staff as needed.Interact with the families and significant persons of the children in a therapeutic, non-judgmental manner.Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement plan (PQI) as assigned.Dispense medications as directed when indicated.All other related duties as assigned.Why Should You Apply?Our Mission- work for an organization that makes a real difference in peoples livesCompetitive paySeveral benefit optionsEmployee tuition reimbursementGreat training for staffJoin McKinley to Be Your Best H.U.M.A.N.
