PromptCare has an expansive payer network participation, supported by a robust billing & collections operation.We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Financial Data Analyst & Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position, open to in office, hybrid or remote. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should reside in Central or Eastern Time zone.Job Summary

In this role, the Financial Data Analyst & Developer will be tasked with becoming the subject matter expert in Solver (a Corporate Performance Management solution that consolidates data from our financial accounting system and other key ERP sources). Extensive in-person and online training will be provided in order to fulfill this requirement. You will be responsible for supporting the organization through the development, implementation, and support of operational and financial reporting solutions. You will also be expected to collaborate with other departments in order to leverage data and insights to drive business decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree a plusProven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong proficiency in software development with a focus on customized analytical toolsProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform, Excel, and Power BIExperience in data management, validation, and accuracy checksExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailHealthcare services experience is a major advantageMust have extensive experience building complex models and mining data using ExcelMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Solver Reporting experience (strongly preferred)Tableau experience (preferred)Job Responsibilities, Included But Not Limited To

Develop, design, and maintain Financial Statement and departmental expense reporting, corporate KPI reporting, and other operational analytics solutions using the Solver CPMDevelop permanent, automated, ongoing analytics solutions as well as conduct specific ad hoc analysisDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis and reporting processesDevelop data-driven solutions to business and operational problemsTransform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable informationUtilize advanced statistical software and analytics tools to develop detailed reportsDevelop and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, and maintenanceEnsure accuracy of data and maintain data integrityCollaborate with other teams and departments to develop data-driven solutionsProvide technical expertise and guidance in the use of data analysis techniquesPhysical Demands
